Configuring Mail.app with your Email account

Step 1: If configuring Mail.app for the first time fill in the information as shown below.
(replacing "Uname" with your username)

Step 2: Otherwise from mail select prefrences.

Step 3: Select the accounts button then click the
"+" icon to the lower left and fill the information in as follows.
(replacing "Uname" with your username)

Step 4: After clicking the server settings button, copy the information shown below.
Click "OK" to save your changes.
